This painting was inspired by a fine art print by James Partee who painted extensively in the south and even for the Queen! The Lillies were substituted for a heron and hence the name of the painting. The blues and greens are so very serene enhanced by a single open lily. 30 x 24” acrylic on gallery wrapped canvas.
